Pasta is a quick, nutritious, and simple meal for families. Pasta appeals to even the most discerning young palates. Even better news: new research shows that pasta consumption in children and adolescents is associated with higher diet quality than children who do not consume pasta. So here you get the recipe of quick 2 min healthy pasta.
Ingredients:
- wheat penne pasta (250 gm)
- Milk (1cup)
- Refined floor (3 tea spoon)
- Chopped capsicum(yellow, red, green) 50 gm
- Sweet corn (50 gm)
- Paneer (40 gm)
- Onion (optional)
- Cheese sauce (2 table spoon)
- Chili flakes (according to your taste)
- Oregano (according to your taste)
- Salt (according to your taste)
- butter (2 table spoon)
Methods:
- Cook the wheat penne pasta according to the package directions (boil for 7-8 minutes, or until tender with few drops of oil). Drain the pasta in a colander.
- Place the butter, refined wheat, milk, oregano, chilli flakes in a medium pot. Whisk it and heat over medium until the butter is melted and the mixture begins to bubble. Once bubbling, continue to whisk and cook for one minute.
- Continue to cook and whisk over medium heat until the milk begins to gently simmer, at which point it will thicken to the consistency of heavy cream or gravy.
- Now add all the steamed vegetables into the mixture and stir continuously to avoid lumps
- Then add pasta into it cook for two minutes and your yummy pasta is ready
Note: Overheating the pasta can cause it to break. It take only two minutes to cook pasta if you prepare things before cooking. Just to mix all stuffs and cook for just two minutes to get yummy pasta.
