Ingredients to make Chokha
2 tomatoes
1 eggplant
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 small size finely chopped green chillies
salty
half teaspoon mustard oil
1 clove raw garlic
finely chop half an onion
1 tsp green coriander finely chopped
two tablespoons mustard oil
How to make Chokha
To make chokha, first of all wash and wipe the brinjal thoroughly. Then make 2-3 incisions in the middle. If there are insects in it, then they will come out. We will apply light oil on all sides of the brinjal, then we will fry the brinjal on the gas. When the brinjal is cooked, then make a chopha in it. When the chokha is ready, keep it aside and start making litti.
Ingredients for making litti-
2 cups wheat flour
half teaspoon salt
2 tbsp ghee
water as required
Method of making litti-
For litti, take 2 cups of wheat flour in a vessel, add half a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of ghee, little water and knead a hard dough. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and keep it for 10 minutes. You can prepare sattu in 10 minutes.
Ingredients for making sattu-
2 cups sattu
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
1 finely chopped garlic
half finely chopped onion
juice of half a lemon
half tsp ajwain
half teaspoon fennel seeds
two tablespoons mustard oil
Prepare sattu for litti filling:
To make sattu, take a big vessel, put 2 cups of sattu in it and then add 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 bunch chopped garlic, half finely chopped onion, half Add lemon juice, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 2 tbsp mustard oil. With this, add salt as per taste and then mix all the ingredients. After this start making litti.
Procedure
First of all make a medium sized ball of flour and start stuffing sattu in it and then make it round. On the other hand, put the cooker on the gas and as soon as the cooker becomes slightly hot, put the litti in the cooker and close it with the lid.
