Spinach – 200 grams, fenugreek – 30 grams, one teaspoon asafoetida, four teaspoons oil, one to two finely chopped onions, two teaspoons ginger garlic paste, three teaspoons gram flour, two teaspoons coriander powder, one teaspoon cumin powder, one teaspoon Red chili powder, one teaspoon turmeric powder, one finely chopped tomato, half cup curd, garam masala, salt as per taste

Make Garlic Spinach curry, first of all you have to take spinach and fenugreek and clean it properly. After this, keep it in a pan for boiling. After this keep it to cool down or cool it down by adding cold water to it. After this, filter it and then grind it well.
After this, take a pan and heat the oil in it, when the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida, onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it well. After this, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder to it and mix it well.
After this, when it is fried well, add tomatoes to it and when it becomes soft, add spinach puree to it. After this add garam masala, curd and salt to it and let it cook.
