Kuttu ka Dosa Recipe: If dosa is your favorite dish and you are thinking that you will not be able to taste it during Navratri fast, then do not panic. We are going to tell you about a special dosa dish. Yes, it is Kuttu Dosa. Have you ever tasted it? Might not have been made.
This dish is also a good option for those who are avoiding oil. In fact, Kuttu Dosa is not only crispy and delicious after being made, but is also healthy. Till now you have been calling Kuttu flour puris or pakodas. The special thing is that this dish can be prepared very quickly and easily during Navratri fast.
Kuttu Ka Dosa Recipe: Ingredients
For potato filling
- 3 boiled potatoes,
- ghee (for frying)
- Salt as per taste (use rock salt if you are fasting)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
- for dosa
- 5 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 2 tbsp boiled colocasia
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp green chillies, chopped
- ghee (butter)
- 1/2 tsp green chilies, chopped
- Celery

Method
- Heat ghee in a pan, crush the potatoes in it and add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Stir the potato mixture around for a few minutes until it turns a light brown colour.
- Then take it out and keep it aside.
- Now mash the colocasia in a bowl and add flour and salt to it.
- Add some water and mix well.
- Add carom seeds, red chilli powder, ginger and green chillies and mix again.
- Keep adding water and stir in one direction till done.
- Heat a griddle, apply some ghee on it, pour a spoonful of batter and spread it.
- Cook for a few minutes and spread more ghee on the edges to make it crispy.
- Now turn it over and cook from the other side as well.
- Now put some stuffing on it and fold the dosa over it.
- Now serve it hot with mint and coconut chutney.
