Khus Sharbat Recipe: Ingredients
Khus essence (1 tsp)
water (3 cups)
Sugar (4 cups)
Green food color (1-2 tsp)
Method
Keep a vessel on the gas. Now add water and sugar in it, cook both on low flame. Let the sugar dissolve completely. After the sugar dissolves, cook it on a low flame till it becomes thick. When it becomes like a completely thick syrup, then you turn off the gas. Now add green food color to it. After this you can keep it in a clean airtight bottle.
