Khajur Halwa: Ingredients

200 gms - dates 1 cup - Mawa (khoya) 1/2 cup- Sugar 1/2 cup - dry fruits 1/4 cup - Ghee 1/2 cup - grated coconut 1/4 tsp - cardamom

Recipe

  • Making date pudding is not very difficult.
  • For this, first remove the seeds from the dates and separate them.
  • After removing the seeds, cut the dates into pieces.
  • After cutting it into small pieces, keep the pan on the gas.
  • Add desi ghee to it and heat it and keep the gas on medium flame.
  • Add dates to it and fry while stirring for at least 5 minutes.
  • Now put mawa in it and mash it well.
  • Fry it well while stirring for some time.
  • In this way, dates pudding will be ready.
  • You can serve it garnished with dry fruits.
