Kair Sangri ki Sabji Recipe: Ingredients

Kair 1/4 cup, Dry sangri – 1 cup, Raisins, Whole red chilies 3-4, Red chili powder – 1 tsp, Turmeric – 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder – 1 tsp, Asafoetida – 2 pinches, Ground dry mango powder – 1 tsp, coriander leaves, garam masala – 1/2 tsp, oil or ghee – as needed, salt – as per taste.

Method

To make Ker-Sangri curry, first of all, wash dry Sangri thoroughly and remove its stem. After this keep it soaked in water for at least 8-10 hours. After this you boil it till it becomes soft and then wash the ker clear. After this, heat ghee or oil in a cooker and fry cumin and asafoetida in it till it becomes golden.

After this, fry the whole red chillies, turmeric and coriander well and add ker and sangri to it and then add dried mango powder and salt and cook it on low heat. After this you put green coriander in it. Your delicious Ker-Sangri curry is ready, you can serve it with roti or paratha to eat.
