Jowar Upma Recipe: Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted jowar
- 1 tsp ghee
- Tomato
- Pea
- Cauliflower
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Lemon
- Cashew
- Groundnut

- Bay leaf
- Salt
- Turmeric
- garam masala
- coriander powder
- green coriander
Recipe
You can make jowar upma or khichdi. For this, take about one cup of sprouted jowar and then put half a cup of water in the cooker and cook it till 1 whistle.
On the other hand, put a pan on the gas and put 1 spoon of ghee in it and heat it. Now add bay leaf and cinnamon and fry it, after that add 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds and some peanuts and roast it well. Now you also have to add some chopped cashews in it. Also add ginger-garlic paste.
After this add chopped onion and fry it well. After this add some spices like salt. Add turmeric, garam masala and coriander powder.
After this add your favorite vegetables. You can add vegetables like carrots, green peas, cauliflower and tomatoes to it. Fry them stirring well and then add some water and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the jowar cooked in the cooker in it. Also add green coriander and lemon and mix. In this way protein-rich jowar upma is ready. You can serve it.
