Though March 8 marks a very important day and gives you golden opportunity to cherish and celebrate the incredible strength of women. March 8 is globally celebrated as international women day and recognizes women’s unmatched achievements, raises awareness and encourages others to advocate for gender equality. We, women are the best creation of God. Besides almighty, only women have the power of recreation, to bring life to this world. We just need to recognize our real strength, compassion, beauty, brain and power of creation. We are Shakti of Shiva, Lakshmi of Vishu and Saraswati of Brahma. Woman is the masterpiece of the greatest sculptor God because she is made from finished product (that is man) not from the dust. So ultimately woman is the finest and supreme creation of God.

In every country woman is the primary caretaker of children and elders in the family. She plays key role in bringing change in the society as well as family. She leads in facilitating changes in family life.

It is mostly the mother in the family who persuades child to stay in school, encourage him to study more, respect teachers and elders. The role of women is at the front end of the chain of improvements leading to the family’s, the community’s long-term capacity.
Woman as bread earner
The participation of woman in rural and urban workforce has tremendously increased. It has exponentially expanded in recent years. Today, the median female share of the global workforce is 45.4 percent. Despite significant obstacles, women’s small businesses in rural developing communities not only can be an extended family’s lifeline, but can form a networked economic foundation for future generations.
