New Delhi: We live in a digitalized world where everything is accessible with a few mouse clicks. We now do practically everything digitally. We have realised the convenience even more since the outbreak. Food apps are a prime example of how quickly the hospitality industry has adopted the trend. According to numerous media agencies, the smart food court has opened its doors at Pune’s Law College Road, Erandwane. The location will house more than 15 prominent food businesses.

How Does The Smart Food Court Work?
Customers will be able to place orders from their favourite food brands in the smart food court via kiosks and iPads, or by scanning QR codes on the table. When the order is ready, clients will be notified via digital screens in shop or by WhatsApp message. The consumer can then select whether to dine-in or take the order to go.
According to the food firm that opened this, they took the initiative to re-imagine the traditional practise of food court serving.
