- To make raisins, first of all take grapes, and wash them thoroughly.

- Now put the grapes in the steamer and steam it for 20 minutes by closing the lid.
- After 20 minutes, if you open the lid of the steamer, you will see that the color of the grapes has changed to yellow.
- Now spread them on a cotton sheet and keep the steamed grapes in the hot sun.
- You leave them in the hot sun for 3 days so that they dry well.
- After 3 days, you will see that the grapes have shrunk, so you dry them in the air of the fan, keep in mind that they get separated.
- Now after drying, store it in an air tight container.
