Today we have brought a special recipe of Rabri Kheer for sweet food enthusiasts so that you can easily make it at home. Also, you can enjoy your family and guests.
Ingredients:-
Rice-1/4 cup, milk-2 liters, sugar-1/2 cup, desi ghee-1 tablespoon, cashew-10-12 pieces, almonds-10-12 pieces, pistachios-10-12 pieces, cardamom-1/ 4 tsp
Method:-
- To make rabri kheer, you have to take a pan first. Add one litre of milk to it and keep it on low flame to cook. After this, as long as the milk is hot, wash the rice and soak it in water for at least half an hour.

- After this, when you boil the milk, then stick the cream in it, stick it on the edge of the pan and until the milk is half, the cream which is collected on the edge, put it in the milk and mix it well. After this, keep this rabri in a bull.
- Then take another pan and add 1 tablespoon of desi ghee and heat it. When the ghee melts, add cashews and almonds to it and rose it well. After this, take it out on a plate and cool and cut small pieces.
- After this, boil the remaining one litre of milk in a pan and when it boils, grind the soaked rice in it and add it. After this, cook it while stirring.
- Also, add cashews and almonds after 3 to 4 minutes and then add sugar and cardamom powder and mix. After this, cook it properly and turn off the gas. Now your tasty rabri kheer is ready, serve it and feed it to everyone.
