1. Apply Coconut Oil 

Apply copious amounts of coconut oil all over your body before going outside to play Holi. The protective layer that coconut oil forms on your skin stops the colours from penetrating deeply.

2. Use Sunscreen 

Use broad-spectrum sunscreen that has an SPF of 20 to 30 to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays and the colours in the environment. Thus, take sure to apply sunscreen at least 15-20 minutes before leaving your residence to participate in Holi.

3. Wear Protective Clothing

Wear clothing with full sleeves to keep your body covered and to keep the colours and any chemicals from getting into touch with your skin. Avoid wearing tight clothing because it may irritate your skin and lead to rashes.
