Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup protein powder

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1-2 tbsp milk (for consistency)

Step By Step Guide

Combine The Ingredients

Mix oats and protein powder in a large bowl. Gradually stir in peanut butter and mix well.

Balance The Mixture Proportion

By following the above step, if you find that the mixture is dry or looks like it's crumbling apart, then add a tablespoon of milk at a time.

Take In The Extras

You can also add in the extra ingredients like dried fruits, chocolate chips, seeds, or nuts.

Spoon Into Pan

Insert the parchment paper into a square dish and spread the mixture evenly into the corners. Make sure to pack it in tightly.

Refrigerate And Serve

Put the mixture in a tray and refrigerate for at least two hours. Then cut into bar shapes and store in an airtight container. You can serve it at any time and anywhere you like!
