Gulab Halwa Recipe: Ingredients
1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp semolina, 2 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp rose petals, 1 tbsp almond cutting, sugar as per taste

To make Gulab Halwa, you must first boil the milk. After this, heat ghee in a pan and fry it. After this add cream and semolina to it and roast it until it turns colour.
After this add milk to it and let it boil. Keep in mind that after you add milk, keep stirring it, otherwise the halwa will stick and burn. After this, add sugar to it and also add almonds to it and grind rose leaves in it, i.e. grind it finely and let it cook.
When you feel that it has started getting tight and cooked well, then turn on the gas and take it down. After this put almonds in it and then you can serve this food.
