Recipe
- To make Gujarati food handvo, first clean the rice, urad dal, chana dal, and toor dal.
- After this you wash it well and then keep it soaked for 4 hours.
- After this, you separate its water and then put it in the mixer and add curd along with it, then make a smooth thick paste of it.
- Now pour this batter in a utensil and leave it overnight for fermentation.
- After this, add green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger paste, sugar, and salt to it and mix it well.
- After this, you add grated vegetables to it and then mix it well.
- Now heat a pan and then put some oil in it and then add raich cumin curry leaves and crackle.
- After this pour the prepared solution from above with the help of a bowl and make a little thick bay.
- Now cover it and reduce the flame of the gas and keep it for cooking, it will take 5-6 minutes to cook.
- After this, you turn it over and cook it from the other side in the same way. Your handvos are ready.
