Guava Chutney: Ingredients
Guava (not overripe)
garlic cloves 6-7
Cumin 1 tsp
a little coriander
Green chili 2-3
salt to taste
Lemon juice
Method
- To make chutney, first cut it into 4 pieces and then fry it on the gas.
- Now peel the guava and put it in the mixer, after that you fry green chilies, coriander, and cumin seeds in it.
- After this, add garlic and salt to it and then grind it by adding a little water.
- When it becomes very fine, then you add lemon juice to it, and then grind it once again.
- Your guava’s tasty and healthy chutney is ready, you can eat it with roti-paratha.
