Grapes Curry Recipe: Nowadays people keep trying different recipes. That’s why today we have brought you the recipe for Angoor Ki Sabzi, which you would have rarely eaten.

It doesn’t take much effort to make it and it can be prepared in a very short time. So let’s take the easy recipe of grape vegetable jam, which if you have eaten it once, you will always demand it.

Grapes Curry Recipe: Ingredients

  • Grapes – one cup (cut from the middle)
  • Paneer – two tablespoons grated,
  • Cashews,
  • almonds and raisins – one and a half tablespoons,
  • Sugar – one teaspoon,
  • Coriander powder – one tablespoon,
  • Red chili powder – one teaspoon,
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp,
  • Salt – as per taste,
  • Cumin – 1 tsp, Tomato – 2,
  • Coriander – 2 tsp,
  • Ginger – 1-inch piece,
  • Green chili – 1,
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon

Method

To make grape curry, first of all, you have to take a pan and heat it by adding oil. After this, fry the dry fruits in it for one to two minutes and take them out on a plate. After this add cumin seeds to the pan and fry it as soon as the cumin seeds start crackling, add green chillies and ginger and fry them for 30 seconds.

After this add tomato puree and stir and add red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder to it and mix the spices while stirring. After this, let the tomatoes cook and till the oil separates from the spices, add grated paneer to it and mix it with the spices while stirring.

After this add sugar and salt to it and fry it. After this, add dry fruits and green coriander and mix while stirring, as well as add grapes and mix well while stirring with paneer and let it cook for two to three minutes.

After this check whether the grapes are ripe, if not ripe then let it ripen. Mash it after cooking, do not mash it completely. After this turn off the gas and serve it.
