Ingredients required to make Garlic Paneer Tikka
- 400 grams paneer
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 tsp cream
- 6-7 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- 1 tbsp roasted gram flour
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp oil
- One capsicum cut into squares
- 1 tomato cut into cubes
Method
- To make Garlic Paneer Tikka, first take curd, cream, gram flour, coriander powder, black pepper, green chilli paste, chopped garlic buds and salt as per taste in a bowl.
- Now mix all the things well, add paneer pieces to this mixture and coat it well.
- Now keep these voted paneer cubes in the fridge for 30 to 35 minutes.
- After this, heat butter and oil in a pan and roast the paneer pieces from both sides.
- When they turn golden brown, take them out on a plate.
- After this, coat the tomatoes and capsicum in spices and roast them as well.
- Your Tasty Garlic Paneer Tikka is ready. Now put them on a stick and garnish with roasted capsicum and tomato. Put a little cream on top as well.
