Ganne Kheer Recipe: Ingredients
- Sugarcane juice – 1 litre
- Soaked rice – 1 bowl
- Coconut Bruda – 1 cup
- Green cardamom – 2
- A handful of crushed dried fruits
Recipe:-
- First of all, boil sugarcane juice in a pan.
- Now add green cardamom to the cucumber for flavour.
- Then add soaked rice and let them cook on low flame.
- When the rice is boiled, add coconut powder to it.
- Now you also put dry fruits in your kheer.
- After this, let the kheer cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the gas.
- In this way, your ganne kheer will be ready in 10 minutes.
