Fried Rava Idli Recipe: Ingredients
2 big bowl semolina (rava)
1 bowl curd
1/2 packet eno
Green chili – 2-3
salt to taste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp green coriander chopped
ground red chili as per taste

First of all take a bowl and put semolina or rava in it. After this add curd to it and mix well with half a cup of water and prepare a thick batter. Beat it well with a spoon and then leave it covered for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes mix eno in the batter. After this, apply oil to the idli maker and fill the batter in all the moulds. After this cook it in idli maker. It will be ready within about 10 minutes. Similarly make idli from the whole paste.
To make Fry Rava Idli, you have to first cut the prepared Idli into pieces. Cut it into small pieces. After this, place a pan on the gas and put two spoons of oil in it and heat it. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped green chilies to it. After the mustard crackles, add idli to it.
