Reduce salt intake

Having too much of salt in food can cause water weight. To reduce your daily intake of salt and sodium, consume less processed meat, salted nuts, pickles, canned goods, packaged soup, and sauces.

Drink sufficient amount of water

Drink enough water to eliminate excess water and sodium from your kidneys. Numerous weight-loss strategies advise getting adequate water because it promotes thermogenesis (the dissipation of energy through the production of heat).

De-stress 

Reducing stress keeps cortisol and ADH at optimal levels, which regulates fluid balance and avoids edema.

Include caffeine

Caffeine is found in tea and coffee, has a brief diuretic impact on the body and aids in the removal of extra water, hence minimizing edema.
