Step-By-Step Guide
1. Clean-cut chicken pieces and place them in a pressure cooker.
2. Grind tomatoes, onions, ginger-garlic along with the spices and salt.
3. Mix everything in the cooker add a cup of water and cook for 4 whistles on medium heat.
4. Splutter fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon in a hot pan.
5. Add sauteed whole spices, curry leaves, green chillies and coconut paste in the pressure cooker and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan, roti or rice.
