Dry Fruit Milk Recipe: A well-known dietitian posted a recipe for a special dry fruit milk on Instagram Reels, which can be consumed for immunity and winter wellness. We frequently hear them advise drinking haldi doodh and kesar kadha to stave off illnesses and infections. How to make Dry Fruit Milk

To begin, soak dates, almonds, anjeer, sesame seeds, saffron threads, and walnuts in water overnight.

The next morning, peel the almonds and deseed the dates before combining them in a blender with little water. Grind until the paste is smooth.

Next, take a glass and sprinkle it with cardamom and cinnamon powder.

Add two large tablespoons of the dry fruit mixture to the glass. Pour in some hot milk and enjoy!

The modest dry fruit milk offers numerous health benefits, including keeping you warm and boosting your immune. According to the expert, it also has known benefits for hair, skin, and nails. “Dry fruits have vitamins like vitamin E, fats, minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, protein and fibre. It also provides you with energy, protein, vitamins, and essential nutrients good for your hair, nails and skin,” explained Bohra.
