Head and Neck Pain

In studies done on headache and neck pain, the most common reason for frequent occurrence of these cases is excessive use of gadgets. Follow these steps

  • Do not keep the mobile where you sleep, if possible keep it out of your bedroom.
  • Do not keep mobile with you or use any other gadget while having breakfast or lunch.
  • Before sleeping at night, sleep only by turning off the internet of your phone.
  • Avoid opening the internet first thing in the morning.
  • Do not use the phone for at least one hour after waking up in the morning.
