1. Pressing that snooze button

Let’s be honest snoozing is terrible, but we tend to do it a few times every morning. When we press that snooze button on our alarm and go back to sleep, we actually wake up feeling way more agitated than usual. Your body and mind tend to be more tired. That’s why try to practice waking up once your alarm goes off and never press that snooze button.

2. Consuming coffee right away

Caffeine is naturally present in plants such as cocoa, tea, and coffee, and also in soft drinks products having cocoa or chocolates. If taken too much than required, it might result in sleep issues, anxiety, and mood swings. Additionally, high caffeine consumption is linked with adverse effects on heart conditions, and increased incidence of cancer.

3. Not eating breakfast

Often people think that not eating breakfast helps in weight loss. But, sorry to break it to you, neglecting breakfast leads to overeating, which could lead to obesity and result in diabetes and heart disease.

Earlier, on December 13, the Delhi government’s Directorate of Education (DoE) had issued a circular directing all government, government-aided, and recognised private schools under DOE, NDMC, MCD, and Delhi Cantonment Board to conduct classes in a hybrid mode for students up to Class IX and XI.
