People also like beneficial laddoos in winters, which are also very tasty in taste. Khajoor Ke Laddu is also considered best for giving energy to the body and keeping it warm. The effect of dates is hot, due to which the laddoos made from it in winter are beneficial in many ways. Let us tell you the easy method of making Khajoor Ke Laddu Ki Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams dates
  • Wheat flour (1/2 cup)
  • Almonds (2 tbsp)
  • Cashew (1 tbsp)
  • Raisins (1 tbsp)
  • Pistachios (1 tbsp)
  • Makhana (1 tbsp chopped)
  • Ghee (1 tbsp)
  • Grated Coconut (2 tbsp)

Dates Laddu Recipe

If you want to make laddoos of dates, then for this first take around 200 grams of dates. Clean them and then remove the seeds inside and separate only the pulp. After this, place a pan on the gas and when it is hot, add 1 tablespoon of ghee. After this add grated coconut and all the dry fruits and fry it for 1 to 2 minutes. Now take it out in a plate and keep it aside.

After this add ghee again in the pan. Now add 1/2 cup flour to it and keep stirring continuously till it turns brown in colour. Now take it out in a vessel and keep it aside. After this, grind the dates in a blender and then put them in a pan and cook for a while. Now put all the ingredients in a plate or big plate and leave it after mixing it well. When the mixture cools down a bit, shape it into a laddoo with the help of hands and keep it aside. In this way, khajur ka ladoo will be ready.
