Dal Dhokli Recipe: Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 2 cups,
- Arhar dal – 1 ½ cup,
- Oil for moyan – 2 tsp,
- Ground cumin – ½ tsp,
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp,
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp,
- Asafoetida – 2 pinches
- two green chilies,
- mustard
- cumin ½ teaspoon,
- water as needed to boil the dhokli,
- salt as per taste,
- a bowl of desi ghee

Recipe
To make Dal Dhokli, first of all you have to wash and wash the lentils with water about 3-4 times. After this, mix salt and turmeric in a cooker and cook the lentils till one or two whistles come.
After this, add salt, turmeric, ground cumin and moyan to the flour and knead it tight like the dough of baati and make big balls of the dough and roll it thinly like a roti.
After this, applying some oil on your hand, roll it back, so that the applied oil is covered and after that cut it into square or round pieces.
In this way, roll out all the dough and make dhoklis. After this, boil two liters of water in a bowl and add cooked lentils to it and add bread pieces to it.
After this, when it is cooked, take some ghee in it and temper it with green chilies, red chilies, asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ground coriander powder and then turn off the gas. Now you can serve it to eat.
