Dahi Aloo Recipe: Ingredients
- Curd – 350 grams
- Potato – 4-5
- Desi ghee – 2 tsp
- Cashew powder – 2 tbsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Tomato chopped – 1 (if desired)
- Green chili chopped – 2
- Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
- salt – as per taste
Recipe
- To make Dahi Aloo, first boil the potatoes lightly and then cool them, peel them, and cut them into small pieces.
- After this, take curd in a bowl and whisk it well, and add rock salt, red chili, cashew powder and mix it.
- Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it and then add cumin seeds to it and crackle.
- Now add finely chopped green chilies and chopped tomatoes to it and then cook the spices well.
- When the masala is well prepared, then you put chopped potatoes in it and then mix it.
- When the potatoes are half cooked, add curd mixture to it and then mix well and cook on low heat.
- You add water as per your wish and then cook it.
- After this garnish with coriander leaves and then serve it with puri, roti or naan.
