Dahi Aloo Chaat: Ingredients
100 grams curd
5 tbsp tamarind
2 papads
1 packet sev
2 tbsp green chutney
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp roasted cumin
pinch of black pepper
salt to taste
1 chopped onion
1 tsp chopped coriander
Recipe
First of all peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into small pieces. After this, cut the potatoes and keep them in a plate or bowl. Add one teaspoon red chili, one teaspoon coriander powder, one teaspoon roasted cumin, a pinch of black pepper powder and salt as per taste to the potato and mix it well.
To make tamarind water, soak 100 grams of tamarind in water. After this, cut the onion into small pieces in the potatoes. Add 3 spoons of tamarind water, curd and mint chutney to it. Add 1 packet sev on top and add chopped coriander leaves on top. In this way potato chaat will be ready, you can serve it.
