Recipe
- To make dabeli, first you boil the potatoes.
- Now peel the potatoes, mash them and take them out in a plate.
- Now put some oil in a pan and then add peanuts and fry them.
- After this, add salt, chili and a little sugar to it and mix it well.
- Now take all of them out in a plate, and heat some oil in the same pan.
- Now apply tempering of garlic chutney to it. And then mix sweet and sour chutney of tamarind and jaggery in it.
- Now put the prepared mixture of salty and peanuts in it.
- Now you prepare this spice, and then make a cut in the middle of the pav and fill it.
- Now dabeli is ready to serve.
