  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • For Coating: ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

Mix minced chicken, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cornstarch, and flour in a bowl and add the beaten egg. Mix the mixture well and shape it into small nugget sized pieces and place it on a tray. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to help it hold its shape.

Roll each nugget in flour and dip it into beaten egg and then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Fry The Nuggets

Fry the nuggets for 3-4 minutes until each side is golden and crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
