Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cups of sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup oil/butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Step By Step Guide

Prepare The Microwave

Preheat the microwave to 375° F. Grease the muffin tray with oil or ghee and set it to the oven.

Combine Dry Ingredients

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt altogether in a bowl.

Combine Wet Ingredients

Mix oil/butter, eggs and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk it well.

Blend Wet And Dry Ingredients Together

Mix both the wet and dry ingredients together and stir gently until no lumps is left.

Pour batter Into The Tray

Pour the batter into muffin tray, each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake And Serve

Bake for about 22 minutes and once done baking, check it with a toothpick. Serve the hot, moist muffins. Enjoy!
