Corn Hot Dog: Ingredients

  • Maida – 2 cups
  • Sweet corn – 1/4 cup
  • Paneer cubes – 1/4 cup
  • Onion finely chopped – 1
  • Tomato finely chopped – 1
  • Yeast – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese (cut lengthwise) – as needed
  • Oregano – 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce – as needed
  • salt – as per taste

If you want to make something good for your child, which he can eat happily, then you can make corn hot dogs and keep them in the tiffin.

To make it, take 2 cups of all-purpose flour in a big vessel, and take half a teaspoon of sugar, half a cup of warm water in a bowl.

After this add 1 tsp yeast to it and keep it aside for 3-4 minutes.

After that, pour the yeast water into the flour and mix it well.

Now knead this mixture with the help of a little butter and make it smooth.

Divide this prepared dough into two parts and give them the shape of hot dogs.

After this, take a thick bottom iron griddle and roast the hot dog in it by applying butter.

When you are roasting hot dogs, keep in mind that the gas flame should not be high.

Cover the hot dog with a lid and set it for 4-5 minutes.

When it gets cooked well from one side, flip it over and cook it well from the other side as well.

Keep in mind that you cook the hot dog well from all sides, otherwise eating raw hot dog can cause stomach ache.

Now your corn hot dog base is cooked well and ready. Keep it in a plate.

Now to prepare the stuffing, put 1 tsp butter in a pan and heat it.

After this, add finely chopped onions, sweet corn and paneer cubes to it, mix and fry.

After some time, add black pepper powder and salt as per taste and mix everything well.

Your stuffing is ready, now after taking the hot dog, cut it from the middle and apply butter and roast it on the pan.

When the hot dog is cooked, apply tomato sauce on both the sides and spread the prepared stuffing evenly.

Now put the oregano after keeping the mozzarella cheese cut into long pieces.

After this, close both the parts of the hot dog by joining them, and roast the hot dog well by applying butter on the pan.
