Corn Capsicum Masala: If you want to prepare and eat something tasty for lunch or dinner, then Corn Capsicum Masala is a good option. It is very tasty to eat. If a special guest is going to come to your house, then you can definitely impress them by making this dish. It is not so difficult to make that you cannot make it.

Both corn and capsicum are very good for health. It is very healthy for everyone whether it is a child or an elder in the house. Also, the guests coming to the house enjoy it wholeheartedly. So let’s know how to make Corn Capsicum Masala.

Corn Capsicum Masala: Ingredients

  • Sweet corn – 3/4 cup
  • Capsicum chopped – 1
  • Onion finely chopped – 1
  • Tomato paste – 1 cup
  • Cashew paste – 1 cup
  • Cheese grater – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
  • Cardamom – 2
  • Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
  • Kasuri fenugreek – 1 tsp
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – as per taste

Recipe

  • To make Corn Capsicum Masala, first melt butter in a pan.
  • Now put capsicum and corn in it and roast it.
  • When the capsicum gets roasted well and shrinks, turn off the gas and put these things in a plate.
  • Now put one spoon of butter and two spoons of oil in the pan and heat it well.
  • After this add cumin, cinnamon, bay leaf, and cardamom and fry it well.
  • When all the spices are fried well, add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic to it.
  • Now fry all these things stirring well.
  • When the color of the onion turns golden brown, add turmeric, red chili and other spices to it.
  • Now add salt as per taste and cook the spices till then.
  • After this, add tomato paste to the pan and mix and let the gravy cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • When the gravy comes to a boil, add cashew paste to it.
  • Cook the gravy till oil separates.
  • Now add 1 cup of water to it and cook till it becomes thick.
  • Now add fried sweet corn and capsicum to the gravy and mix.
  • After this, cover and cook the vegetable for 10 minutes.
  • But keep stirring in between otherwise the vegetable may burn.
  • After that add grated paneer, garam masala and kasoori methi and mix.
  • Your Tasty Corn Capsicum Masala is ready.
  • Now serve it to your guests and win applause.
