Coconut Curd Chutney: Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 4 tbsp gram dal
- 4 tbsp curd
- ½ inch ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 10 curry leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- a pinch of asafoetida
- salt to taste
- oil one spoon
- a little water
Recipe
- To make coconut and curd chutney, first soak the gram dal for 3 to 4 hours.
- Now whisk the curd well, when it becomes very smooth, keep it aside.
- Now put chana dal and coconut in a mixer jar.
- Add green chillies, salt and ginger along with it and make a paste by adding a little water.
- After this, put this paste in curd and whisk it.
- Now put oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Now chop this spice well, and put it on top of the chutney.
- Your coconut curd chutney is ready.
- Now you can eat it whenever you want.
