Ingredients
- A bowl of soaked chickpeas
- Dates
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Almond milk
Method
Blend each component individually in a mixer after adding them all.
To reach the required creamy consistency, add a little more milk.
Place the paste in a container and freeze it for 30 minutes.

High-protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1/2 cups (lactose-free) cottage cheese
- 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons almond milk or milk of choice (you can add a bit more if your blender can’t mix it)
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Method
Blend all the ingredients (apart from the chocolate chips) in a blender until they are smooth.
Add liquid to a container. Add the chocolate chunks and stir.
Do not freeze for more than four to five hours. and delight.
