Chilli Pickle Recipe: Ingredients
1 pav green chili
half cup lemon juice
Cumin powder 4 to 5 teaspoons
Salt 2 to 3 teaspoons

- To make pickle, first wash the green chilies with clean water, and dry them.
- Now separate the stalks of the green chilies and with the help of a knife, make an incision in the middle of the chili.
- Now prepare the spices for making chili pickle, for this, mix cumin powder and salt in a bowl.
- Now you fill this spice in the chilies, and after that heat the oil to prepare them.
- For this, keep a pan on the gas and keep the oil for heating.
- Now put the stuffed chillies one by one in the oil and fry for 8 to 10 minutes so that the rawness of the chillies goes away.
- Now take it down from the gas and keep it to cool down, when it cools down, add lemon juice to it.
- Now your chili pickle is ready and store it in an air tight container and eat it whenever you want.
