1. Paschimottanasana Yoga

Paschimottanasan has been considered effective for diabetes patients. Blood sugar can be controlled, so people who have diabetes can reduce the risk of diabetes. 2. Pawanmuktasana Yoga

Yoga has gained a lot of importance in today’s time. In such a situation, Pawanmuktasana yoga is also very good for patients with diabetes.
