Vegetable Pasta: Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta or macaroni
- A tomato
- An onion
- Capsicum
- Cauliflower
- Carrot
- Beans
- Boiled spinach leaves
- Tomato puree
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Butter
- Salt to taste
- Chilli Flakes
- Mixed herbs
Vegetable Pasta: Recipe
- First of all, keep a deep vessel on the gas
- Now add four cups of water to it and heat it
- Add two to three drops of oil and some salt to it
- After that add pasta and boil it
- When the pasta is cooked, remove it from the gas and put the pasta in cold water
- Now on the other side cook all the vegetables in water
- After this, grind the boiled spinach and make a paste
After adopting the process mentioned above, keep the pan on the gas. Heat butter in it and add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. After this, fry the chopped onion till it turns red, then add chopped tomato and capsicum. After cooking a little, add the cooked vegetables and spinach paste along with peas. Add tomato puree and cook for a while. Now add mixed herbs and chilli flakes to it and mix. After this add boiled pasta and stir a little and then turn off the gas.
