THE FLYING FRENCHMAN
The Flying Frenchman is the place to go if you’re sick of drinking the same old espresso martinis and want to try something new. Simply combine absente, espresso, and coffee liqueur in equal parts to create a Flying Frenchman.
Recipe: Combine absente, coffee liqueur, and espresso in an equal parts ratio in a shaker with ice (30ml each). Shake vigorously for at least 30 to 120 seconds, or until the beverage is very cold. Pour into a glass of ice water. Garnish with a star anise for added flair.
HOG-NOG
Looking for a hot beverage to help you celebrate Christmas this December? Try this variation on classic egg nog. frothy, creamy in a wicked way, and spicy! The drink is rich and appropriate for the season thanks to the cream and egg yolk, and the warm embrace of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg comes from the spices.
Recipe: Take 50 ml of Schwartzhog, 45 ml of heavy cream, 15 ml of milk, 1 egg white, and dry whisk the mixture. Shake the concoction with ice once it has been blended. Then serve it into a chilled coupe glass and add a dash of nutmeg powder as a garnish.
SEERSUCKER
The Seersucker drink might be just what you’re looking for if you want something fruity, juicy, and sweet. The strawberry and cinnamon syrup that forms the base of the Seersucker is first mushed. Though the sugar content may need to be changed depending on the quality of the strawberry.
Recipe: In the shaker, muddle 1 strawberry. Add 15ml of cinnamon syrup, 30ml of lemon juice, and 60ml of Viva El Ron after adding ice to the glass. Thoroughly shake until cooled. Double strain into an ice-filled pilsner glass. Add an extra strawberry as a garnish.
MONKEY BUSINESS
Ingredients: 60 ml 1965 Spirit of Victory Lemon Dash Rum, 30 ml lime juice, 15 ml Velvet Falernum, 15 ml Banana Liqueur, 10 ml simple syrup.
Recipe: In a shaker tin, combine the ingredients with the ice. Shake before serving in a coupe, then garnish with a lime wheel.
BREWHOUSE ZOMBIE COCKTAIL RECIPE BY RADISSON BLU, KAUSHAMBI
Ingredients: White Rum 30ml, Dark Rum 30ml, Pineapple Juice 300ml, Grapefruit 15ml, Grenadine syrup 1 tsp, Lime Juice 20ml, Smoky Pineapple wedge.
Recipe: Blend white rum and dark with lime juice, pineapple juice and splash of grenadine to make this cocktail.
