But today we are going to tell you about a special halwa which is made from bread. Bread definitely comes in everyone's house, but many times the bread is saved, due to which it has to be thrown away due to being stale. Bread Pudding Recipe: Ingredients

  • Bread slices – 10
  • Milk - one and a half cup
  • Cream - 4 tbsp
  • Dry fruits - 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Desi ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 cup or as per taste

Method

  • To make bread pudding, first separate the four sides of the bread. And cut the white part into small pieces.
  • Now put 1 spoon of desi ghee in a pan and heat it, and fry the chopped dry fruits in it.
  • And take them out in a separate bowl.
  • Now pour milk in a pan and add bread pieces to it and mash it well with the help of a big spoon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • After this add cream and sugar as per taste to the bread pudding and mix it well. And cook well for 2 minutes.
  • Now put the fried dry fruits in the prepared halwa and cook for 1 more minute and then turn off the gas. After this, put the pre-fried dry fruits in the halwa and mix well.
  • After cooking the halwa for 1 more minute, turn off the gas.
  • Your delicious bread pudding is ready.
  • Now eat it with your family members while enjoying the winter rains.
If you want, you can eat it in breakfast and after dinner as a dessert.
