Bottle Gourd Soup: Ingredients
- Gourd (1/2 kg)
- Black pepper (1 pinch)
- Cumin (1/2 tsp)
- Ginger (1 piece)
- Red chili (1 pinch)
- Desi ghee (1 tsp)
- Green coriander leaves (1 tbsp)

- To make gourd soup, first peel the Ghee i.e. gourd and cut it into pieces. After this, put
- 1 teaspoon of desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- Now put cumin in it and splutter. Add chopped bottle gourd to it and fry it on low flame.
- Now put the drink according to your taste and cook it for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt as per your taste and mix well.
- After this add finely chopped ginger, red chili powder and black pepper powder and mix.
- Cook it for at least 20 minutes and then turn off the gas.
- In this way, delicious and nutritious bottle gourd soup will be ready. You can drink it hot by garnishing it with coriander leaves and black pepper powder.
