Boiled Chana Toast: Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chana
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp Green chillies
- 1 tsp Freshly chopped coriander
- 1 tsp Salt
- to taste Lemon juice
- to taste Chaat masala
- 2 Bread slices
- Butter, as required
Method
- Cook the chana with salt. Place the boiling chana in a mixing basin with the onion, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander.
2. Combine the lemon juice and chaat masala in a mixing bowl. Toast two slices of bread and cut each one in half.
3. Spread the bread pieces with butter. Enjoy with the chana and veggie mix on top.
