Let’s know the recipe.

Bhatt Ki Churkaani Recipe: Ingredients

Oil
Salt
Turmeric
chilli powder
Flour (1 handful)
Zakhia
onion (finely chopped)
Tomato (finely chopped)
300 grams Kale Bhatt

Method

Before making Bhatt ki Churkaani, you should clean Bhatt dal very well, it contains black colored stones.

Now to make Churkaani, first of all heat the iron pan.

When the oil becomes hot, put Bhatt in it and fry it. Be careful while roasting them as they tend to bounce a lot while roasting.

When they crackle from the middle and are roasted well, take out all the bhatts in a plate.

After roasting Bhatt, put Jakhiya in hot oil, and immediately after that add chopped onions.

When the onion is fried well, then you also add chopped tomatoes and fry well.

Now add salt, turmeric, red chili and coriander powder to the spices.

Now cook mixing all the spices well.

After this, take a handful of flour and add 1-2 cups of water to it and mix it with the spices.

Now after adding water to the flour, cook it till it boils well.

If you want, you can also roast the flour and put it in Chudkani.

Cover and simmer the dal for about 15-20 minutes until the bhatta becomes soft and the curry thickens.

Cook it until the color of the dal turns black.

When the Bhatt grains are cooked well and the aroma starts coming from the dal, then your dal is ready.

Now serve it with hot rice and cut cucumber radish salad along with it.
