Besan ki Chakki Recipe: Ingredients
Gram flour – 2 cups (250 grams), Sugar – 1.5 cups (300 grams), Ghee – 1 cup (250 grams), Cashews – 50 grams (finely chopped), Almonds – 50 grams (finely chopped), Pistachios – 1 Tablespoon (finely chopped), Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

- To make besan chakki, first, add ¼ cup (60 grams) of ghee to gram flour and mix it and then add little water to it and make it into a hard dough. After this, break it like dough and give it the shape of a fist by pressing it with the fist of your hand.
- Put ghee in a pan and let it heat up. After the ghee is heated, put muthia in it and fry it till it turns golden brown. After this, filter the ghee that is left over and keep it separately. When the muthia becomes cold, grind it finely.
- After this, make sugar syrup in a pan and mix the mixture of ground gram flour in it. After this, put the remaining ghee in it as well and keep it on a plate to freeze.

- After this, you can also add chopped almonds and pistachios to it and when the filling solidifies, cut it into small pieces. Now your gram flour mill is ready, you can give it to anyone to eat.
