Besan Cheela Recipe: Ingredients

Gram flour – 1 cup, Tomato – 1 (finely chopped), Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp, Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped), Ginger piece – ½ inch (grated), Salt – ⅓ small spoon or as per taste, red chili powder – 1 to 2 pinch, green chili – 1 (finely chopped)

Method

To make chilla of gram flour, first of all take gram flour in a bowl and mix ginger, salt, red chili powder, green chili and green coriander in it and make a batter. Keep in mind that this solution should be perfect, neither too thick nor too thin. After this keep it covered for some time.

After this, beat it once again and keep a pan on the gas for heating. When the griddle gets hot, apply oil on it and pour the batter on the griddle. After this, spread this batter and let it roast on low flame and turn it over.

When it is cooked, take it out in a plate and while doing this make all the chillas. After this, you can also serve them with chutney, sauce, or chutney made of tamarind.

It will not take much time to make it and everyone will be happy after eating it and will demand to eat it again and again (While making chilla, keep in mind that do not cook it on very high flame).
