Banana Pakoda Recipe: Ingredients

Four raw bananas, one bowl of gram flour, salt as per taste, chili, one teaspoon dried mango powder, one teaspoon cumin, water as needed, oil

Method

To make raw banana fritters, first you have to take raw bananas and wash them thoroughly. Cut them into pieces according to your choice. After this take a big bowl and then take gram flour in it. After this, mix all the spices like salt, chili, dried mango powder, cumin in the gram flour.

Trap the banana pieces in the gram flour batter and mix well. Take a pan and add oil to it and let it heat up. Put the gram flour soaked pieces in the pan one by one and start frying them. After this, when they are fried well, then take them out of the oil. After this you can serve them.
