Apple Kheer Recipe: Ingredients
- Milk full cream – 1 liter (5 cups),
- Baking soda – 1/2 pinch,
- Apple – 400 grams (2 medium-sized apples),
- Sugar – 75 grams (1/3 cup),
- Cashews – 10,
- Raisins – 15-20,
- Pistachios – 7-8,
- small cardamom – 4
Recipe
To make apple kheer, you have to first boil the milk. For this, take a pan and keep the milk for boiling. After this, you clean all the dryfruits and cut them and prepare them to put in kheer.
After this, wash the apple thoroughly and remove its peel and then grate it. After this, add baking soda to the boiling milk, mix it well and add grated apple to it and let the kheer boil.
Meanwhile keep stirring it continuously so that it does not stick. After this, let the kheer thicken and when it starts thickening, add dry fruits and sugar to it. After this, keep running it for some time. After this, grind cardamom and add finely chopped pistachios and cashews to it. Your apple kheer is ready.
Suggestion– If you do not like nuts in kheer, then you can add only those nuts which you like. Along with this, if you have to make it for a small child, then you should not add nuts to it or grind it.
