Appe Recipe: Ingredients
- 1 cup – semolina
- onion finely chopped
- finely chopped tomatoes
- green chili finely chopped
- coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Method
First you filter semolina in a bowl.
Now add salt, onion, tomato, green chili, green coriander and mix it well.
Now after mixing add water with light hands and prepare its mixture.
Now grease the appe stand with little oil and keep it for heating and pour the batter with the help of a spoon.
Now let it cook from both sides and when the appe is cooked properly, take it out in a plate.
After all the appe are fried, take them out in a plate.
Your delicious hot appe is ready. You can serve them with chutney.
